Our modern Australian bathhouse is a unique wellness experience. For your 90 minute micro dose of wellness, move between our indoor and outdoor communal mineral baths, hot spas, cold plunge and saunas. Spend time relaxing on our sundeck, or cosy up around our fire pits and lounge areas.

We are water geeks and are very passionate about giving you the best water. Sourced from the Himalayas, we use pure and unpolluted rock salts to supercharge our water with 84 beneficial elements and minerals to help create a healthy balance in your body. Our oxygen UV energy field purification system then eliminates over 63 pathogens, giving us exceptional water quality day in, day out.
Flowhouse
Let us introduce you to Flowhouse, our state-of-the-art digital yoga and meditation studio. This immersive space for movement, relaxation and recharging offers an array of motivating digital classes, designed to promote a healthy mind, body and immune system. How does it work? Step into our custom-built space to encounter a crystal-clear LED screen. A rolling timetable plays out yoga, stretching, and meditation classes, all delivered by top instructors. Flowhouse digital access is included in all Soak Sessions, Packages and Memberships.
Want some extra support? Flowhouse also offers instructor-led semi-private yoga classes to give you that personal attention. Our small classes mean that individual guidance can be given, and you are fully supported in your yoga practice. Instructor-led classes must be booked and are available through specific Package and Membership options.
Co-working
Make wellness part of your work routine and recharge to unleash your best work. Our unique co-working space is an open plan communal work space, with wifi, air conditioning, and toilet & shower amenities.
Put the company credit card to good use with a half or full day Soak & Work package (don’t worry, we won’t tell the boss!) and experience our Bathhouse facilities as part of your work day. If you are the boss, why not invite your whole team for a team session, corporate wellness day or product launch – shoot us an email and we’ll find a way to make it happen! Already found your zen and just need a desk? We also offer half and full day access to the co-working space only.
PRIVATE EXPERIENCES & MASSAGE
Social connection and community is part of our ethos, but we get that sometimes you want a bit of time and space for yourself. That’s where our private experiences and massage come in. A private experience or massage can be included as part of a Package, or can be booked as a standalone experience without Bathhouse access.
Bliss out with a private Gold Coast spa massage, with your choice of relaxation, deep tissue or a blend of both.
