At Soak we’re all about easy wellness. Our communal bathhouse is a welcoming space that provides relaxing experiences and rejuvenating services as well as communal areas like sundecks and lounges you’re welcome to use throughout the duration of your visit.

OUR WATER

We‘re proud to provide the highest quality water day in, day out and our secret is the combination of the water’s minerals and contrasting temperatures will leave you feeling rested, recharged and seriously relaxed in just 90-minutes. 

Our mineral pools are enriched with magnesium, one of the world’s most health abundant minerals. When absorbed through the skin, magnesium helps turn off the body’s fight-or-flight response, relax muscles and nerves, soothe and hydrate skin, improve sleep and can even help reduce pain and inflammation.

AMENITIES

We’re all about maximising your time soaking in the bathhouse – not in the bathroom – which is why we offer express ‘change & rinse’ bathroom facilities with complementary body wash and moisturiser. 

For the best experience, we recommend a quick rinse before your soak so your skin absorbs all of the beneficial minerals. These minerals are best left on the skin so we recommend you skip the shower post soak.

A disabled bathroom and toilet is available.

Facilities

Our modern Australian bathhouse is a unique wellness experience. For your 90 minute micro dose of wellness, move between our indoor and outdoor communal mineral baths, hot spas, cold plunge, steam room and traditional dry cedar sauna. Spend time relaxing on our sundeck, or cosy up in our lounge areas.

Your Soak Bathhouse experience doesn’t need to end there – you can enjoy other unique spaces and experiences – from our Co-working space to our Massage and our private experiences that bring an extra level of pampering and personalisation to your wellness experience.

Co-working

Make wellness part of your work routine and recharge to unleash your best work. Our unique co-working space is an open plan communal work space, with wifi, air conditioning, and toilet & shower amenities.

Put the company credit card to good use with a half or full day Soak & Work package (don’t worry, we won’t tell the boss!) and experience our Bathhouse facilities as part of your work day. If you are the boss, why not invite your whole team for a team session, corporate wellness day or product launch – shoot us an email and we’ll find a way to make it happen! Already found your zen and just need a desk? We also offer half and full day access to the co-working space only.
