You’ll be placed under our anti-ageing LED machine for 20 minutes of downtime, while listening to a guided meditation. Bliss out with a private Gold Coast spa massage before your Soak session. Our therapists will tailor your full body massage to your preferences. Your entire body will feel energised with blood flow. Infrared saunas are famously multi-talented. Followed by your Soak, a private infrared sauna session will soothe sore muscles and joints, purify your skin and warm you from the inside. Enjoy acoustic performances from local musicians with every Soak booked between 5-8pm every Wednesday at all locations

As part of your Soak Session experience, relax to the sound of calming, acoustic sounds played live by local musicians while you soak. Available 5pm – 8pm every Wednesday evening in Winter at our Mermaid Beach and West End bathhouses only.
Book any Soak Session, Soak & Sip or Soak & Snack during the hours of 5pm – 8pm every Wednesday evening in Winter at our Mermaid Beach and West End bathhouses and you’ll get complementary access to the Soak & Sound. Co-Working Desk

Make wellness part of your work routine in our unique, communal open plan workspace. Put the company credit card to good use (don’t worry, we won’t tell the boss!) with a 2 hour, 4 hour & 8 hour co-working desk.
