Soak West End is on Level 2 of The Eaves at West Village, the rooftop level. This is what makes us unique among all Soak Bathhouse locations in Australia: an open-air rooftop setting with views across West End, South Brisbane, and the Brisbane skyline. Lift and stair access is available within the West Village complex.

The rooftop has partial coverage. The Eaves structure provides shelter over certain areas while our outdoor hot tubs enjoy open-air exposure to the sky , ,giving you the full rooftop experience in Brisbane’s beautiful weather, with some protection from light rain in the covered zones. Contact us ahead of your visit if you have specific questions about the layout.

2 hours free parking is available in the Woolworths/Harris Farm car park within West Village, enter via Mollison Street, West End. This covers the duration of a standard session and gives you direct undercover access into the complex. The car park is accessible 7 days and well-lit for evening and late-night visits. Street parking is also available on Boundary Street, Mollison Street and surrounding West End streets, check signage carefully as time limits apply. On busy Friday and Saturday nights we recommend allowing extra time or arriving via public transport.

By bus: Multiple routes service Boundary Street and Melbourne Street. The South Brisbane Bus Station on Melbourne Street is a major interchange just 5–8 minutes walk from West Village, with frequent connections to the CBD, South Bank, and inner suburbs via the Inner Northern Busway. The Boundary St near Mollison St stop sits directly adjacent to the West Village complex.

By train: South Bank Station (Beenleigh, Cleveland, and Gold Coast lines) is approximately 10–12 minutes on foot. From the station, walk through the South Bank Parklands precinct and continue west along Russell or Tribune Street into West End, a pleasant walk through some of Brisbane’s best public space.

On foot or by bike: Soak West End is easily walkable from South Bank, South Brisbane, Highgate Hill and surrounds. The Boundary St precinct is fully cyclable with bike parking available within West Village. CityCycle share bike stations are also located in the surrounding area.

Soak & Sound is our weekly live music event held every Wednesday between 5pm and 8pm, included at no extra cost with every Soak or Soak & Sip booking during that window. Local Brisbane musicians perform live on the rooftop as you relax in the hot tubs — warm water, open sky, city views, and live music above the Boundary St precinct. It’s a midweek reset unlike anything else in Brisbane, and a highlight that’s completely unique to our West End location.
