Liability Waiver & Acknowledgments
By entering Soak Bathhouse or participating in any of our Recreational Activities, you agree to these Conditions of Entry. Soak Bathhouse grants you entry and permission to participate strictly on the basis of the acknowledgments and agreements outlined below.
Important Legal Notice (Your Rights)
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), no change or modification of any rights you may have at law in these Conditions of Entry affects our liability for significant personal injury caused by Soak’s reckless conduct (as defined in the ACL).
Key Definitions
To ensure complete transparency, here is what we mean when we use these terms:
Soak / Soak Bathhouse: Refers to Soak Operations Pty Ltd (ACN 639 029 011), Soak Holdings Pty Limited (ACN 638 936 302), any subsidiary, and each of their respective officers, employees, agents, and representatives.
Recreational Activities: Includes using the bathhouse and wellness center facilities—such as pools, spas, saunas, steam rooms, cold plunges, LED facials, and massages—as well as the consumption of food and beverages, use of amenities, and any other activities on the premises.
Illness: Any illness or disease, whether physical or mental.
Injury: Both physical and mental injury. This includes the aggravation, acceleration, or recurrence of an injury, including but not limited to: sprains, ligament damage, broken bones, muscle damage, cuts, abrasions, drowning, slipping, cardiovascular stress or failure, overheating (including heatstroke or any medical condition arising from spa, sauna, and steam room use), loss of or complications to pregnancy, mental illness, and death.

By stepping into Soak Bathhouse or participating in any Recreational Activities, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

You are fully aware that this document constitutes a waiver and a release of liability, and you voluntarily agree to all of its terms.
These terms apply to you universally, regardless of whether you personally paid for your session or if someone else purchased it on your behalf.
