With mineral-rich pools, hot spas, a traditional dry cedar sauna, an aromatic steam room, a cold plunge, and private treatments available, Soak Bathhouse is the perfect place to press pause.
WHAT TO EXPECT AT SOAK BATHHOUSE
We’re a modern bathhouse, designed to be social, uplifting, and accessible to everyone. You’ll find spaces that invite both calm and connection, with a mix of indoor and outdoor areas to unwind in your own way.
In our signature 90-minute Soak Session, you can move freely between our facilities and discover a rhythm that feels right for you. Whether that’s starting with a sauna, plunging into the cold pool, or drifting in our magnesium-rich pools, it’s all part of your wellness ritual.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR SOAK SESSION
Your soak experience includes access to a thoughtfully curated range of wellness facilities:
- Magnesium-rich warm pools (34°C)
- Hot spas (38°C)
- Cold plunge (12.5°C)
- Dry Cedarwood saunas
- Aromatic steam room
- Relaxation areas
- Unisex showers & changing rooms with complimentary body wash & moisturiser
- Herbal teas and still & sparkling water
- Complimentary towel hire (robes are available for an additional fee)
Massage, Infrared Sauna and LED Facials can be booked in addition to your Soak session.

Massage: Choose from our signature relaxation, deep-tissue or pregnancy massage treatments. Expert therapists will help relieve tension, ease soreness, and leave you feeling recharged.
Private Infrared Sauna & LED Light Therapy: Book a private experience for targeted relaxation and skin renewal.
Early Bird Soak: Start your day with a peaceful soak at a discounted rate, available every morning during the week
Soak & Sound: Included with Soak Sessions booked on Wednesday evening from 5pm – 8pm, enjoy the relaxing sounds of local musicians paired with our soak session.

You’ll find us just off the Gold Coast Highway, a short walk from Broadbeach South Station and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Free parking is available on-site for guests.
Please bring swimwear and a water bottle. Towels are included as part of your soak session and robes can be hired at reception. To help you get the most out of your visit, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early to check-in.
