We are not your traditional silent day spa. Soak is a social wellness space designed to foster connection, conversation, and community. Unisex Communal Amenities

Our unisex amenities include communal common areas, individual change cubicles, toilets, and showers. These are express “rinse & go” facilities to ensure fair use. We provide body wash only. To maximise benefits, we recommend not showering straight after your soak.

Bookings

All guest details must be entered correctly at the time of booking, including for both group & individual bookings. Missing or incorrect details may delay check-in and reduce your soak time.

Parking

We’re a short walk from Green Square Station and several bus stops.  Limited free undercover parking is available via the entrance next to the loading dock at 25 Bourke Road, Alexandria. Street parking is also available — we recommend allowing extra time to find a spot.
